Pamela McLaughlin, RN, MSN, MBA, CCRN, TNCC

Meet Pamela McLaughlin, RN, MSN, a dialysis nurse with Montanta Kidney PLLC

Pamela McLaughlin is a registered nurse with 30 years of nursing experience, including critical care, dialysis, nursing leadership, healthcare administration, and patient education. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including bedside nurse, dialysis nurse, clinical leader, and Director of Nursing.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration and is certified in critical care nursing (CCRN) and trauma nursing (TNCC). Pamela is passionate about patient safety, quality care, staff development, and empowering patients and caregivers through education.

Pamela's connection to kidney care is both professional and deeply personal. Her family grew through the adoption of a dialysis patient, giving her a unique understanding of the impact kidney disease and dialysis can have not only on patients, but also on the families who walk alongside them. This experience has strengthened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Originally from Georgia and raised on a farm, Pamela credits her strong work ethic, resilience, and down-to-earth approach to the values instilled in her early in life. She has also lived in Alaska, which has deepened her appreciation for rural communities, wide-open spaces, and the outdoors.

Outside of nursing, Pamela enjoys kayaking, camping, and spending time in nature. These experiences keep her grounded and remind her of the importance of balance, perseverance, and living life fully.

As Home Nurse Manager with USA Dialysis, Pamela is dedicated to helping patients and their caregivers gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely manage dialysis at home. She believes every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and cared for with the same dignity and compassion she would want for her own family.
